18 years: Meet outside Ascham Gym at 6.30am for a 6.45am bus departure.
14, 15, 16 and 17 years: Meet outside Ascham Gym at 7.30am for a 7.45am bus departure.
12 and 13 years: Attend roll call then meet outside Ascham Gym at 8.45am for a 9am bus departure.
Approximate Race Start Times:
18 years: 7.30am
14, 15, 16 and 17 years: 8.30am
12 and 13 years: 10am
Venue
Uniform
Students are to wear their Ascham Sports Uniform to and from the event.
Course
18 years: 5km course
14, 15, 16 and 17 years: 4km course
12 and 13 years: 3km course
Further Information
The top eight fastest times from each age group will be selected into the Ascham Representative Team that will compete at the IGSA Carnival in Term 2.
Students who are unwell or injured on the day, must email crosscountry@ascham.nsw.edu.au to request special consideration.
Once selected into the Ascham Representative Team, students will be expected to attend compulsory training sessions in the lead up to the IGSA Carnival.

The 2025 results can be found here. This includes the Ascham Cross Country Representative Team.
Students in both Fiona and the Senior School will qualify to represent Ascham or another competition at a Representative Carnival. Students will be contacted by the Sports Department after the School Carnivals if selected. Information regarding these events will be uploaded below.
