Parents can manage the balance of their daughters’ printing and Dining Rooms accounts through the MyMonitor system. Students in Years 5 to 12 can use their student ID card at checkout to pay for items after their parents have added funds to the account and they have registered their card at a photocopier. Students in years below 5 can state their name at the checkout in order to pay.
In order to log into MyMonitor, your username must be an email address and not the older user number.
To access MyMonitor please visit https://mymonitor.ascham.nsw.edu.au/mymonitor > choose Parent Login
The first time you access MyMonitor, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions > click Create Account
The main screen will show your daughter’s account. If you have more than one daughter, they will all be listed.
Please click on Add Value next to the daughter that you would like to add value to the balance for.
Select the amount that you would like to add and tick Remember my card > enter a nickname in Description of card > click Pay > enter your credit card details (Visa and Mastercard only, AMEX is not accepted) > Next > Continue.
Once this is done, you will be able to add an auto top-up. If an auto top-up is not set, then you daughter will not be able to print (Senior School) or purchase food when the balance is too low. Instructions can be found below.
So that your daughter does not run out of funds on her account, please set a balance top-up. You can only do this after you have already topped up and chosen to save a credit card. To do this:
On the Home Screen of MyMonitor, click on the green Options button on the right hand side > tick the box under Auto Top-Up and fill in the two boxes > Save. The School suggests “If a balance goes below $20 add $50 to account”
You can manage and update saved credit cards by clicking on Manage Your Stored Cards.
Navigate to https://mymonitor.ascham.nsw.edu.au/mymonitor and click on Online Ordering at the top
Select the Menu for the campus your daughter is currently on: Hillingdon, Fiona, or Senior School
Select the date you wish to order food for
Select the items you wish to order
Proceed to checkout, you can now either use available balance on your daughters monitor account or use eftpos to purchase the items.
You can see existing orders by logging into MyMonitor > Monitor Online Ordering at the top > clicking on the menu in the top left corner indicated by the 3 lines > See/manage paid orders > select a child > select a date > Cancel Order
To access Statements for a particular daughter, log into MyMonitor and click on View Statements to the right of her name. The Summary statement shows items ordered, quantity and price whereas the Detail report includes itemised details for each transaction.
Donate Funds
If an account is closed mistakenly, all funds will be sent to the chosen destination. However, once the student logs into one of the MyMonitor terminals (either printers or the dining room terminals) their account will be re-created again automatically; and linked to their parent’s account.
