Girls must attend School from the beginning of the first day until the last day of each term.
Given our extensive holidays, permission to extend these in any way is contrary to School policy. There are occasional one off circumstances which warrant exception and these should be discussed with the Head of School well in advance of any plans being made.
At Ascham we offer a wide range of co-curricular activities for all girls. Participation is not compulsory however it is highly encouraged due to the numerous benefits to their physical, mental and social health as well as providing many skills to assist with their academic learning.
Requirements for participation are reliability and commitment. Once a student has signed up for a sporting team, a play, a musical group, debating, or any other activity, they must be on time for practice, contribute positively to the group, and meet all deadlines.
The registration forms for all co-curricular activities can be found under the headings above for each area of the School.
