MyMonitor Print and Dining Room Accounts

Parents can manage the balance of their daughters’ printing and Dining Rooms accounts through the MyMonitor system.  Students in Years 5 to 12 can use their student ID card at checkout to pay for items after their parents have added funds to the account and they have registered their card at a photocopier.  Students in years below 5 can state their name at the checkout in order to pay.

Logging in

In order to log into MyMonitor, your username must be an email address and not the older user number.
To access MyMonitor please visit https://mymonitor.ascham.nsw.edu.au/mymonitor > choose Parent Login
The first time you access MyMonitor, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions > click Create Account
The main screen will show your daughter’s account.  If you have more than one daughter, they will all be listed.

Add Value to your Daughter’s Account

Please click on Add Value next to the daughter that you would like to add value to the balance for.
Select the amount that you would like to add and tick Remember my card > enter a nickname in Description of card > click Pay > enter your credit card details (Visa and Mastercard only, AMEX is not accepted) > Next > Continue.
Once this is done, you will be able to add an auto top-up.  If an auto top-up is not set, then you daughter will not be able to print (Senior School) or purchase food when the balance is too low. Instructions can be found below.

Setting an Account Balance to top up Automatically

So that your daughter does not run out of funds on her account, please set a balance top-up.  You can only do this after you have already topped up and chosen to save a credit card.  To do this:
On the Home Screen of MyMonitor, click on the green Options button on the right hand side > tick the box under Auto Top-Up and fill in the two boxes > Save.  The School suggests “If a balance goes below $20 add $50 to account”

Manage Credit Cards

You can manage and update saved credit cards by clicking on Manage Your Stored Cards.

Ordering Food Online

Navigate to https://mymonitor.ascham.nsw.edu.au/mymonitor and click on Online Ordering at the top

Select the Menu for the campus your daughter is currently on: Hillingdon, Fiona, or Senior School

Select the date you wish to order food for

Select the items you wish to order

Proceed to checkout, you can now either use available balance on your daughters monitor account or use eftpos to purchase the items.

Managing or Cancelling Orders

You can see existing orders by logging into MyMonitor > Monitor Online Ordering at the top >  clicking on the menu in the top left corner indicated by the 3 lines > See/manage paid orders > select a child > select a date > Cancel Order

Viewing your Statements of Credits, Debits, Printing and Dining Room Charges

To access Statements for a particular daughter, log into MyMonitor and click on View Statements to the right of her name.  The Summary statement shows items ordered, quantity and price whereas the Detail report includes itemised details for each transaction.

Closing your Daughter's Account

  1. Navigate to MyMonitor (usually done using the Quick Links menu found by clicking the red box in the top right corner of the Hub)
  2. Once there, please click on the Close Account button for the student account you would like to close
  3. You are then presented with two options: Refund to bank account or Donate fund
Refund To Bank Account
  1. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter the Bank Account details of the account you wish to refund the money back into
  2. Fill out the necessary prompts
  3. Click Refund and close account to confirm, or click Cancel to undo any changes
  4. Once this has been confirmed and the account has been closed, the Ascham Finance Department will be notified and will reimburse the correct amount to the account specified within one week
    Refunds are processed once a week, on Wednesdays; so an account must be closed before Wednesday to receive funds the same week (usually by Friday of the same week)

Donate Funds

  1. NOTE: Pressing this button will immediately close the account and donate all remaining funds
  2. Select this option to donate any remaining funds in this account to a fund of Ascham’s choosing
  3. The account in question is now closed successfully
Mistakenly closing an account

If an account is closed mistakenly, all funds will be sent to the chosen destination. However, once the student logs into one of the MyMonitor terminals (either printers or the dining room terminals) their account will be re-created again automatically; and linked to their parent’s account.
